Active Teens In Motion Club

COMPASS 1 LEADERSHIP “GUARDIAN’S” have the daily run of the hub because they have earned the right to run things under the direction of the hub, director, councilors, staff, trainers, and volunteers.

This is the stage where leadership roles are played out daily, as they mentor and display what they have learned now in real-time. In areas such as labs, summer camps, clubs, drills, bands, sports, communications, telecommunications, teams, special events, summer internships, and job placement, as well as much more.

This group has participated in a unique continuous mentorship/leadership program designed for them, and now they are ready for advance “youth leadership roles within “Active Youth In Motion.” The goal is for each child to find a love and a passion for his/her skilled as a profession among peers, whether performance, industrial, or specialized path of choice based on areas introduced or even explored in-depth throughout the AYIM’s program and without hesitation want to go on and master that burning passion daily, leading to very meaningful and satisfying future careers that will makes a world of difference.

A.Y.I.M a true-life change agent, a lighthouse, for youth and parents to have control of the compass, setting the course, and following the course to more than success, “who’s child from within this program will be the first to stand on the moon,” only destiny knows, only time will tell, in the meantime TEAHE’S AYIM will be busy preparing its team for the journey of a lifetime, because we believes several of our program youth will be ready when the time comes and some of the most prepared in the world when the time comes, and their names are called.
